Asalamualaykum wa rahmatullah,
"The history of Islam is written in two lines: One is the black of the scholars' ink, the other the red blood that the martyrs shed."
This blog will be for the sole purpose of copying and pasting or quoting anything related to Islam. Often times we hear things or read things online, in person, in a book or via another source and think "Subhan'Allah, amazing." That is just what this blog is for, anything i may have come across online, in person, in abook, via another source, etc that want to save will go up here. It's public because we never know what may push us in the right direction and/or urge us to strive harder insha'Allah.
Commenting has been enabled for readers to share other inspiring quotes/excerpts etc, or to point out [major] mistakes i have made in quoting/saying/typing/etc [miniscule typos do not count] Please do not abuse it.
Anything can be taken from this site as long as the text/person/etc that are quoted in the blogpost are quoted, it is not neccessary that this blog be linked.
To begin:
Narrated Abu Huraira radhiAllahu anhu:
That when the son of Adam recites the ayat of sajdah and then falls down in prostration, the Shaytaan goes into seclusion and weeps and says: "Alas", and in the narration of Abu Kuraib RadhiAllahu anhu the words are: "Woe unto me, the son of Adam was commanded to prostrate, and he prostrated and Paradise was entitled to him and I was commanded to prostrate, but I refused and am doomed to Hell."
