Bismillahir'rahmannir'rahim.

Allahumma sali'ala sayyiddina Muhammadin wa 'ala alay sayyiddina Muhammadin wa barik wa salim.

"Meetah Meetah hai merey Muhammad (Sal'Allahu'alayhiwasalam) ka naam, un'par laahk'oon karor'oon durood aur salaam..."
~Urdu nasheed

Translation: "Sweet is the name of my Muhammad, upon him be thousands of prayers and peace..."

(anyone with a better translation please add)
